Hi, I’m Kaleb Allen, the founder of Allen Auto. Ever since I was a young kid, I’ve had a passion for cars—taking them apart, learning how they work, and fixing them up. It’s more than just a job to me; it’s a lifelong interest that eventually led me to earn a Mechanical Engineering degree from Oral Roberts University.

After years of working with cars in various settings, I realized that the traditional auto shop experience didn’t work for everyone. Some people don’t have the time or the desire to go to a shop and wait for hours while their car is serviced. That’s when I decided to combine my expertise with my passion to create a convenient, at-home auto repair service.

A Vision for the Future: Teaching, Empowering, and Growing the Next Generation

I believe that car care shouldn’t be something you have to outsource every time a light goes on or your brakes start squeaking. My mission is to teach the next generation—from high schoolers to college students—how to service vehicles with confidence and skill. I want to give young people the tools they need to take care of their own vehicles, solve problems independently, and share that knowledge with others.

By creating a hands-on, practical learning environment, I hope to spark an interest in automotive care for a younger generation, showing them that they don’t need to rely on a shop every time their car needs attention. This isn’t just about saving money—it’s about empowering young people to become self-sufficient and take ownership of their vehicles.

Through on-the-job training, my team members go through a supervised process, guiding them through the ins and outs of vehicle maintenance and repair while also helping them serve their communities and build good work-ethics for them to carry on in their future career paths.
